DO YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY YOUR BLOG ISN’T BRINGING YOU SALES?
Find out the answer and the solution with a Content Analysis & Evaluation
In-deep evaluation
Have all relevant aspects of your articles or blog post analysed, from word choice to SEO
Pain points uncovered
Find out what isn’t working (and what is) so you can focus on the right improvements
Overall applicability
Learn from one post or article and apply the suggestions to your entire blog
What is included
You will receive a written report covering the adequacy, efficiency, and overall quality of your blog post or article. The findings and conclusions will be based on data collected from several online tools and my 20+ years of digital marketing experience.
The analysis will determine if the structure, language, and tone of your text suit your target audience and marketing goals. You will also learn whether your article is following the best practices of user experience and SEO writing.

What isn’t included
You will receive improvement suggestions with your report, but this isn’t a content marketing plan. The evaluation will guide you to come up with your own strategy.
You should also be aware that the report is indicative, not definitive. How you use it on your business is entirely up to you.
Finally, this service doesn’t include direct access to the data sources. Neither editing nor proofreading your texts.
Check what to expect from your report.
Who is in Charge of Your Report

Lucy Damasceno
Your report will be created directly by me, not by an automated tool or an entry-level professional. After reading your content analysis & evaluation, you will understand what type of content bring sales.
I will guide you on how and where to publish the solid arguments your readers need to make purchasing decisions. You can count on me to share what I have learned working as a journalist, marketing advisor and public relations consultant for over 20 years.
I have brought results for Google, Yahoo, Expedia, Ernst & Young, Saeco, Mazars Performance, ABB Service, Iberdrola, and more through my clients or directly. You can find out more about me here.

Frequent Asked Questions
Is this service for me?
Any individual or business can order this analysis and evaluation report. You can be an artist, retailer, trader, service provider, manufacturer, or else. You only need to have a blog post or article published online.
Having said that, the report provided will be more beneficial for those at the early stages of their publishing journey. Also, for those with tight budgets, and basic (or none) knowledge of digital marketing.
What do I need to provide?
To allow for a more accurate analysis, you will receive a fillable PDF with general questions about your business, target audience, goals, competitors, and the article itself. You won’t need to provide financial reports, personally identifiable information of your customers, or any other sensitive material.
You can choose not to provide some or all information requested. But be aware it might have a negative impact on your report. For instance, if you don’t clarify who your target audience is, it won’t be possible to say if the article addresses them correctly.
What am I paying for?
Your report will tell you how well your article follows the best content marketing practices.
It will cover the most relevant aspects of a successful blog post: title, subtitles, structure, readability, authority, authorship, internal links, external links, anchor texts, slug, call-to-action, title tag, meta description, page speed, mobile-first approach, and audiovisual elements.
You can find a definition of these terms here.
Your report will also contain an overall analysis of your article, describing its alignment with your marketing goals and target audience.
When it applies, you will also receive improvement suggestions.
What is it so cheap?
You might be aware that reports like this cost much more. This one is affordable because:
– Only free tools are used to gather the necessary data. While one might think they aren’t as good as paid services, they can certainly offer what is essential to advance beyond the early stages.
– The report doesn’t include graphs, charts, and other data visualisation elements that require time and expertise to be created.
– The report is helpful but straightforward. Effective but practical. Relevant but short. It isn’t a 50-page document. It will be a few pages long and help you to get started.
– The report addresses one article, not your entire blog or website.
– This service doesn’t include one-to-one consultation through phone or video calls.
– And yes, this service was created to attract new clients. Maybe you will be happy with your report and consider requesting other services, such as a recurrent quarter analysis.
Will this get my post on the top results of Google Search?
Maybe, but there are no guarantees. Getting articles on the first page of Google Search depends on several factors. For instance, it will be more challenging to achieve this goal if you are competing with major brands and their large marketing budgets.
Still, the implementation of the suggestions in the report will increase your chances to improve your ranking. But what is more important: it will certainly increase the chances of your content being found by the right people. And once they do find it, they will be more likely to buy your product or service.
What about privacy and confidentiality?
All information you provide about your business will be kept confidential. If you find it necessary, feel free to ask me to sign an NDA.
Still, you MUST NOT send any personally identifiable information about your customers, employers, partners, either sensitive or not.
You will be asked for aggregated, non-personally identifiable information from your Google Search Console and/or Google Analytics. Also, for your ideas, observations, and guidelines related to the article in question.
The only personally identifiable information you will be asked for is your contact name, email, and billing info (full address and Company ID or VAT number, when applicable).
Why only one article?
The report covers only one article or blog post because it’s all you need in the beginning. Once you know why one article isn’t working, you will be able to tell why other articles aren’t.
It will also allow you to test suggestions before making a large number of changes. Content optimisation comes with a lot of trial and error. You don’t want to change all your articles in one go.
Finally, analysing only one article permits this report to be affordable to sole traders and small businesses.
What is your refund policy?
You can stop the ordering process any time and receive a full refund (100%) before receiving your report. Once the report is delivered, you can no longer request a refund.
Still, the goal is to ensure your satisfaction. You will have plenty of opportunities to ask for clarification and follow-up questions after you receive the report.
