Unlike many coaches, I don’t have a formula to sell. I don’t believe in one-fits-all solutions. Whatever plan we come up together will be solely based on your own ideas, hopes, and expectations.

Whats is coaching?

Coaching is about self-empowerment. I won’t try to fix you because, from where I stand, you aren’t broken.

What I will do is ensure you set clear, realistic, attainable goals and that you find the best ways to make them happen and stay on track.

How does it difer from therapy and consulting?

Coaching isn’t consultancy because I won’t be doing the work for you or telling you what to do. Coaching isn’t consultancy. What I will do is help you to organise your mind, guiding you through the process and path you choose.

It’s also not therapy or counselling. I won’t be helping you to understand or overcome psychological challenges, as they might be rooted in the past.

I will meet you where you are right now, motivating you and supporting you to conquer your goals with the tools you already have and under your current circumstances.

What should I expect from my first session?

In your first session, we will get to know each other and decide how we will be working on your self-improvement journey. We will discuss and clarify your goals, hopes, and expectations. We might end the session with a defined first step you will be taking. But you will feel no pressure from me. The session will follow your rhythm.

How many individual sessions will I need?

How flexible are your scheduling options?

I offer many scheduling options as I take only a limited number of clients per time. I am usually available in the mornings and early afternoons – Dublin (Ireland) timezone (GMT +1). But I can discuss alternative hours if needed.

How does payment work?

You will pay the full amount in advance and automatically as you book your sessions. 

You can cancel and rechedule your session up to 24h in advance without having to pay again.

What about confidentiality and data privacy?

I will send you a GDPR form with more details about confidentiality and how I will handle your data. But the general idea is that your personal information won’t be shared, and it will be destroyed once it’s no longer necessary. For this reason, I encourage you to keep your own records and notes during the sessions for future self-evaluation. Here is my Privacy Policy.

I recommend this option if you already have a clear goal/path and are looking for:

  • Accountability  – an impartial partner to keep you on track.
  • Clarity – a safe space to bounce ideas.
  • Goal/task review – a session to figure out if you are missing something.

These shorter sessions are more beneficial for those who have already done one-hour sessions and just want to ensure they don’t lose sight of their goals.

If you have ever tried to make changes in your life, you know that it takes time to make them happen. We are more likely to see concrete results after, at least, four weeks of consistent work.
